Suggest Treatment To Get Rid Of Tonsil Cysts

I have what I thought was a small tonsil stone at the top of my left tonsil. I saw a Dr today and she said it could be a cyst. It keeps breaking off kind of thing, with a small white bit left in a crater/hole but within a few days it grows again and repeats this process. I have had it for about 4 weeks now, maybe more. Though I am worried it is something more sinister.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and proper history.
Since you are not yet sure about the duration of your problems it is better to complete a course of an antibiotic, then get a review.
If the problem gets alright, nothing to worry as the breaking area can be just be a crypt, a natural for every tonsil.
If there is no result, better to to go for tonsillectomy.
This will get you rid of the problem and you get a proper diagnosis , please ask your Doctor to get the histopathological examination done.
