Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This is a common condition among males, sometime the sexual pleasure from masturbation is much more then actual intercourse. Masturbation often leads to low libido because the body gets used to get all the pleasure from masturbation rather then sexual intercourse. I would advise you to stop doing masturbation for at least one week and then do sexual intercourse you will feel better and if still you do not feel better then I would refer you to psychiatrist for sexual counselling.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
