Suggest Treatment To Heal Bone Fracture After Inserting Plate

hi, i m javed kazi...my sister having a bone fracture problem..in accident right hand bone broken into 3 pieces..dr inserted plate in first operation..but cudnt heal/joint as screw loosened..2nd operation he removed plate...now x-ray showing no healing in bones...plz suggest good doctor around mumbai - andheri area
