Suggest Treatment To Heal Open Circumcision Wound

Hi
I just did circumcision at age 40 6 days ago. The wound is healing well but i'm concerned about gap that doesn't seem to close on scar line. I'm using anticeptic liquid (dettol) to clean the wound and apply antibiotic ointment, then put a gouze and 2 layers of stretch bandage. Am i on the right track for closing small gap and healing?

The circumcision wound usually take 10 to 15 days to heal...
I advise you to consult surgeon for wound examination...
If pus leakage present or not that should be checked....

Here your daily dressing has to be done by surgeon your nearby doctor for at least 10 days...
Daily wound cleaned by normal saline and with H2O2...
Than after local antibiotic cream applied and dressing done ...

If wound seems to be infected than along with topical usage of cream , oral antibiotic also given....
