Suggest Treatment To Improve Eyesight

HI, I am 37 year old and give birth to baby boy on 27th of december (3rd baby) I have problem of eyes, eye sight is weak, I joined office and having problem in front of computer and while reading, I am using contact lense my number is positive. when I sit near window with sunlight its ok I can read. pls help me

Hello,

Sorry about your health condition. Are you a diabetic? Usually at this age we won't see presbyopia.

But what about your fundoscopy report? Have you had any family history of vision problems.

Use tablet vit a once a day for one week. You may use regular eye exercises. Fruits and green leafy vegetables may useful.

Please consult with your opthomologist or please post your fundoscopy report.
