Suggest Treatment To Improve The Vision Which Is Around -0.50 For Lens

sir this is krishna bhattarai from nepal.sir my problem is my vision of my eyes.my eyes vision is decreasing day by day.recently i'm wearing -0.50 of contact lens in my eyes.plz.. i don't want to wear this..plz...help me giving advice of taking what types of vitamin is good for my eyes to increase the ability to see.i need a vitamin tab.

You are having myopia. It is normal that power will increase with age and body growth. it will continue up to 25years of age. till then you should get your refraction reveiwed and change the secs or cotact lens. No vitamin or food can stop it.
