Suggest Treatment To Increase Body Weight

Hello, I am 24 yrs old and my weight is 50 KG. I want to increase my weight, Kindly suggest me the best way. The biggest problem with me is i cannot eat more i.e. If i am Hungary i can not eat much food, i think there is some problem with in my liver or Digestive system.

Appropriate weight is based on the height. You should consider calculating your BMI (body mass index), which is the ratio or weight to height.
There are online calculators.

If it is less than 18 then you are underweight, if between 18 and 24.9 then you are normal weight.

If you are underweight or the lower end of normal and need to gain weight then you would need to consider increasing the calories you take in.

If it is difficult to use larger amounts then you need to eat/drink more frequently and also increase the caloric value of your foods and drink.
This means that they should have in more energy so that you can gain weight.
