Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
It seems that her problem can be due to stress / anxiety or due to physical cause. For physical cause you need to do her blood tests Hb, TC, DC, fasting sugar, Prolactin, TSH. Sometimes due abnormalities of these factors sexual desire is affected. Another possibility is that she is not fully satisfied. If you have problem of quick discharge then you should take treatment. Allow her time to get stimulated by doing longer foreplay.
