sir i have a problem .that i am habituated in realising sperms since 15years......i am not married what should i do..........it ill harm me later or what.................and i tried to stop it many time but,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,not possible.what should i do to increase my sperms

You are probably talking about masturbation habits to release sperm. It will not cause any harm and will not decrease your sperm count.
So don't worry about that. You can still, however, check your sperm count by a semen analysis report.
