Suggest Treatment To Increase The Penis Size

Hi I am male 36 years, my penis head always goes inside, frequently I have to hold and take it out, if I am in public still I have to do that, I feel guilty. My penis always became very small, when I get hot feeling only it get straight. Please advice I am worried it has any side effects. During sex also it became small. I am ashame during sex because of my small penis

I understand your concern.
It appears from your description that you are unnecessarily worried about your penis size.
Length of the penis or girth of the penis has nothing to do with sexual performance or fertility. You can still enjoy sex and satisfy your partner with penis as small as about 2 to 3 inches when erect.
In many men, penis size is quite small when flaccid.
There is no specific medicines which can elongate and enlarge penis. Do not fall for fake promises as advertised.
Practice proper techniques, which would help you to get sexual satisfaction as well as satisfy your partner.
