Hello Doc. I am a male just turned 40yrs old and I have been masturbating for 20 years on and off and I was wondering my penis is not as large as it use to be will I go back to it normal size if I stop masturbating and can I still perform and still have children. Thank you.

* First of all, let me explain to you that previous masturbation does not affect the penis size and clear your misconception for the same.

So far as lengthening of the penis is concerned, surgery is the only option and you should discuss the pros and cons of the same with your treating doc.

* A gentle quote that if you have erection, normal emission of semen (normal healthy sperm count ) with over 3 cm of penis size, you can become father of a baby for sure.
