Suggest Treatment To Lose Weight

I ave a question about my blood pressure it usually is 127 over 77 and today it is 141 over 87 its not normal for me I have a feeling in my head like my ears are full of wax like my head feels full i have been trying to loose weight and i am drinking plenty of water made with a fresh cut up lemon and a half of a cucumber and cutting out sweets and high calorie foods but i have lost not one pound in a week

losing weight is the desire of most fat people given the health problems that are associated with overweight.However, losing weight is supposed to be a gradual process.Many medical conditions can cause you to put on much weight, most of which are hormonal abnormalities.I will suggest you go for a hormonal work-up to exclude any while doing the exercises below.It requires time, patience and sacrifice.Some practical steps to help you do this effectively include:
-Frequent smart exercises
-Choose low carbohydrate diets but balanced in all nutrients
-Eat less and only when hungry
-Avoid excess fruits and artificial sweeteners
-Review any medication you are taking
-Avoid stress and sleep normally
-Eat less of dairy products and nuts
-supplement vitamins and minerals
-Do intermittent fast
In very severe cases and if response on these home remedies is not the best, you may have to resort to weight losing pills but this will require a medical prescription.
