Suggest Treatment To Maximise Ovulation

Hello, i am deepthi 31 yrs age, not able to conceive after 3 years of my marrige, my follicular study was diagnosed with low eggs production and endometrium size is normal, doc advised to me to take HSG test. HSG test showed my both tubes are normal. My periods are irregular after marriage. Past 3 months i am getting my periods regularly. Is there any specific treatment to produce good egg. Kindly reply!!!
