Suggest Treatment To Normalize Menstruation

I am currently taking Diane 35 for hormones and acne as well as menstruals but my issue is that it has been 4 months and my menstruals are lighter with light pain to no pain at all. I had this issue before starting this medicine. Is this something to worry about ?

Hello,

Having no pain during menstrual cycle is not an issue. Having lighter period is probably a sign of endometrial lining hypotrophy. I think you may need to do an ultrasound to check uterus and ovaries. Taking contraception pills can make menstrual cycle more regular.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
