Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi there,

If you are having trouble with mood swings and feelings of resentment often because of a past relationship, it would be advisable to visit a psychologist for therapy. From your history, it is likely that medications may not be required at the moment. But visiting a psychologist would be advisable. Psychiatry clinic is meant to help out any such kind of trouble, not necessarily to treat only the mentally ill persons. There is nothing wrong in visiting the clinic.

Hope this helps,
Dr A Rao
