Suggest Treatment To Prevent Cough In Winter

Hello this is raju i am having cough problem for last many years it started in winters mostly evening and morning time evening time too much , i used many cough syrup , medicines etc . my eosinophiliils are normal but my pns X-RAY WAS abnormal , wht i have to do to prevent cough in winters ??

According to history it seems to be seasonal allergy inflammation in winter...

Here your eosinophil might normal as test done during non winter season..

During winter season while having cough do AEC count...

You have not mentioned which was PNS x ray finding

If chronic sinusitis is the cause than FESS like surgical management can be done

Steam inhalation and salt water gargle beneficial

Vitamin C lozenges useful as having antiviral effect

Consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination and further work up according to that
