Suggest Treatment To Reduce High Blood Sugar
Hi. I felt weird after my diner tonight and i know this happens when i have a higher blood sugar lever. One hour after meal i checked my blood sugar with my mums monitor, the result was 7.7. Is that a reason to be concerned about being close to develop diabetes ? There is a type2 diabetes history in my family. I m 33. Thank you.

It is best to get yourself elaborately checked, especially because you have a family history. And also because if yiu are in the stage of being pre-diabetic we can better control it and prevent all major complications that can result from diabetes with such an early catch.
