Hello, I have a question, I was in the gym 5 day ago doing pull ups when it felt uncomfortable to continue to do them. Next 2 days my neck was stiff, uncomfortable but manageable and I could go to work etc. 3rd 4th and now fifth day I am in real pain mainly ay the top of my neck where it join my head, the pain is very sore, put the main problem I'm getting is the pressure build up in that area causing pain, light headed ness etc. I am taking anti-imflamatories ( over the counter) and applying heat packs. What else could I do to reduce pain & pressure?
