Suggest Treatment To Reduce Pimples

hi, m priya.. i have small white heads/pimples on my both cheeks,,, evry week i use to clean up my skin & pluck them but its not possible to pluck all of them. they are not proper pimples something small solid comes out from these pimples,, my doc prescribed me DrivaBPO n m using the same from the past 5 months n it works pimples get reduced but scars are still dere pl suggest,,

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

You seem to have mainly comedones(white heads). Squeezing them to express the contents might inadvertently push them deeper and cause inflammation. Deriva-BPO contains Adapalene+benzoyl peroxide. It is comedolytic and antibacterial, thereby not only cures existing acne but also prevents the development of new comedones. It is a good anti acne comination and I would suggest that you continue with it for active acne.

Acne scars can be improved by various measures like dermabrasion, chemical peeling, dermaroller, Fractional CO2 Laser etc. You can discuss with your dermatologist regarding the most suitable method for your acne scars.
