Suggest Treatment To Reduce Scarring From Sutures

hi i had an accident before 8 years and have stitches marks on my face again i met with an accident and have scars under the right eye. Now my face is looking ugly due to more scars and stitches marks..can i get rid of it ...with some home remedies or some other option.
