Suggest Treatment To Reduce Weight When The Appetite Has Increased
I am trying to lose 10 pounds, and all weight is in my belly, and 5 9 weight is 182 pounds, I have never had to exercise in my life, was always thin until now. Normally around 3-4pm I become very hungry and then reach for a snack, usually chips, What can I do?
You will lose weight by changing your eating habits, not by starvation or chemicals. You have to use your WILL POWER to change and it will not be hard. You just have to develop new tastes.
Keep salt to a minimum. Do not eat chips or fried foods or fatty meats of any kind. Do not drink carbonated drinks. Use ONLY low-fat dairy or non-fat dairy. If you use oil, make it virgin olive oil. Eat plenty of raw and steamed vegetables and fresh fruits. Eat small meals more often. Make soups out of steamed vegetables and chicken broth (low fat and low sodium preferably). Drink 1/4 cup RAW apple cider vinegar in the morning.
Don't use sugar free sweeteners or MSG.
Use whole grains not white grains.
Savor your food and eat slowly.
You will be healthier and the pounds will roll off.
I wish you willpower and success.
Warm regards,
Elliott
