Suggest Treatment To Regularize Periods After Fibroid Operation

My wife is 38 yrs.old. She had a fibroid operation 4 years ago and it was succesful . But for the past eight months now, she has not seen her period and pregnancy test is negative. She has not conceived before but the doctor said her womb is okey. Please kindly advice us further. Chamberlain. Nigeria.
