Suggest Treatment To Regularize Periods With Headache

hi Dr. samuel my name is cherrie-ann and I am 54yrs and I work one week knight shift and am not having a regular period. I was recently told by a doctor I have a viral infection and my blood count is low. I was given iron and folic acid but I am still not felling good, also not feeling to eat and still having headaches. please help.
