Suggest Treatment To Regulate Periods While Having PCOD

Hello doctor Im 24 years old. Im having delay in periods . when i did USG of lower abdomen, it is found that there are 8-9 immature follicles in both the ovaries. A polycystic ovary has developed. Please advice me what to do now?? When will I have my periods and how can this problem be treated ?

PCOD needs a combined approach with lifestyle modification and medicines.Controlling associated obesity along with drugs like metformin an help in correcting the underlying endocrine disturbance.
Kindly see a gynaecologist for detailed evaluation and management.
