Suggest Treatment To Relieve Anxiety
I am taking steroids for meniueres disease. I usually also take valium -2mg 2xper day- but am unable to because the ent is going to do an eng test on my ear. I am very anxious and am only taking q0 mg steroids per day. What to do to relieve anxiety. I began having meniures years ago but after gentamycian injection almost four years ago have been symptom free until last week.

Have a short-acting benzodiazepine like etizolam. Beta-blocker like propranolol will help to alleviate the symptoms. Meet a counselor.
