Suggest Treatment To Remove Abscess In Perianal Region

my mother s ESR in 1 st hour came out 80 mm. i have consulted to doctor, he told me that abscess is find on perinal region after USG inspection, surgery is required for it. when i took second opinion than i got suggestion, no operation required it can be remove by antibiotic .i am getting confused. please clear it

Hi thanks for writing to HCM.
Abscess in where in the body has to be drained,that is remove surgically.Antibiotic don't act in presence of abscess.However very small abscess can be managed with antibiotics without surgery.
