Suggest Treatment To Remove Accidental Scars On My Face

hello, doctor i have two accidental scars on my face (1) near left eye (2)near my lip right side i have gone through surgery twice but scars are still on my face an eaisly visible is there any solution to hide my scars completely shall i go for skin grafting

Thanks for the query,

The scar after injury occur due to post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation.

Such scar can be remove surgically as well as medically .

There are creams available for scars like vaniza and hexilak . But i would suggest you to use KOJIC ACID CREAM , which is very effective .

Exfoliate your facial skin once a week .

If scar persist after 2-3 weeks then consult dermatologist .

Dermatologist can recommend procedure like dermabrassion ,microneedling or chemical peeling depending upon the severity of the scar .

Doctor may also prescribe corticosteroid ointment .
