Suggest Treatment To Remove Bubble

I had a Laperoscopy in February, about a month after my surgery I got a wite bubble on it, at first I thought it was a wierd pimple so I tried to squeeze it but it wouldn t pop, it s now been there for 5 months and i was wondering what is it and will it ever go away?
