Hi, Corns protective growth mechanism generally at pressure point of skin . If asymptomatic n cosmatically no bad then left alone otherwise can be removed conservatively through keratolytic agent or surgically excision with normal margin ( otherwise recurrence ). At your stage apply corncap having keratolytic agent for a week after cleaning n drying surface (if gets removed apply fresh ).Your corn ll resolve by own . If it doesn't resolve or reccur then go for excision.
