Suggest Treatment To Remove Dark Patches On Face

hellow Sir, I am Mr. Biju, 39 years old . 5 5 . I have been using the Melacare cream for last one month... I got very good result, actually I have patches and dirt on my face, I tried so many cream, but didnt word, I went for facial, bleach... but didn t work.. As I search in the web , I found the side effects of this cream ..Bur Sir, instead of this cream is trere any other chream that can halp me ? please

hi,
thank you for putting up your query on HCM.
as per your history, you have pigmentation on face for which you are already applying melacare cream.
my advise would be:
1. prolonged usage of melacare cream can cause side effects such as acne, hypopigmentation etc.

-- I will advise not to use melacare cream for long periods.. you can use it to a maximum of 6 wks
-- you can switch to Kojifair cream for your pigmentation once a day night application, after washing face.
-- apart from using topical, always use broad spectrum sunscreen before stepping out in Sun.
-- take antioxidants like tab vitamin c once a day.
2. other treatment options would include chemical peels or laser, that can only be advised after consulting a dermatologist.
