Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I can understand you concern and frustration over acne. However, there is no one time solution for acne, you need to be constantly taking care of your skin till you have tendency for forming new acne.

You seem to have inflammatory acne along with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

Topical treatment can be in the form of Topical Antibacterials like Benzoyl peroxide gel/Clindamycin gel and Topical Retinoids e.g Adapalene gel. Since you are already using benzoyl peroxide, I would suggest that you continue with it for day time use.

You could add a topical retinoid for night time application. Retinoids prevent new acne formation as well as also lighten the post-acne hyperpigmentation.

Oral antibiotics work well for inflammatory acne and bring about rapid control. These can be doxycycline or azithromycin or minocycline. I would suggest that you consult a dermatologist if you have inflammatory acne (papules and pustules) and get a prescription for oral antibiotics.
