Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I understand that you are having pimples which is not responding to the treatment you are currently using.
You could continue to use clear gel in the morning.
At bedtime, use a gel containing 2.5% benzoyl peroxide and 0.1% Adapelene combination.
If this does not help you even after 2-3 weeks of use, you may need oral antibiotic like doxycycline or azithromycin prescribed by a dermatologist.
Drink plenty of water.
Avoid thick creams and make up.
Have a healthy diet. Avoid foods containing high sugar and also fried foods.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
