Suggest Treatment To Remove Post Injury Scar On Nose

i have a scare on my nose . Scare is 2 years old . It that when i accidently dived in a shallow river and stucked my head and nose on the bed of the river which was cemented . Someone suggested me to use OPEXA GEL ( product of ajanta pharma) ( ingredients of which are decamethly cyclopentasiloxane , silicone elastomer dispersion of decamethly cyclopentasiloxane, dimethyl siloxane , dimethicone /dimenthicone crosspolymer, silica, ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate )
