Suggest Treatment To Remove Scars Of Bacne
Hello doc I am 24 year old girl, very much frustrated with bacne and its marks. They don t go i tried many stuffs like perobar 2.2, benzoyl peroxide etc. the skin feels very uneven. The pimples are not that severe but scars are covering whole of my back area and upper arms. Once i waxed on them for an occasion, the very bad form of acne quickly emerged within 2-3 days after it and was very painful , now the pimples are gone but the scars and uneven feeling makes me feel low all the time. Kindly help or guide me to get a permanent, reliable and non-risky treatment.

I understand that you are suffering from back acne, acne induced pigmentation and acne scars.
For the active acne, continue using a gel containing 2.5% benzoyl peroxide at bedtime.
Avoid scrubbing the affected areas.
For the marks, you can get chemical peels like glycolic acid based peels done by a dermatologist. 6-8 sittings at 2-3 weeks intervals will help.
You can also get microdermabrasion done. This will take care of the marks as well as the superficial scars.
Have a healthy diet and avoid foods rich in sugar and fried foods.
Drink lots of water.
