Suggest Treatment To Remove Scars On Face

Hi, I got facial wart removal by cauterization. The warts were small and not much visible. I removed them when I heard it can spread. I got it removed before 1 month. Post procedure i had applied fucidin as prescribed.The wound is healed , but now i have lot of scars, brown spots on the face were the warts are removed. The marks are even bigger than the original warts!Will the scars/pigmentation get healed? How long will it take? Do i need to use and special oinment or cream for scar removal?
