Hi. I am 20 years old and am trying to find ways to get back into proper health for a child. I had one baby girl about 3 years ago but since then I have lost a considerable amount of weight and have been diagnosed with anemia. It is very difficult for me to gain weight. What can I do to get back to the necessary health conditions for pregnancy?

Find out the kind of anemia you have dear and take the necessary vitamins. anemia is a totally treatable condition and shouldn't bother you much.
