Suggest Treatment To Restore Hearing

I had a sinus infection for the past two weeks that was treated with antibiotics and Mucinex Cold & Sinus. A complication is dull tympanic membranes and diminished hearing for the past week. Is there anything I can do or take to help restore my hearing.

Hello and welcome to health care magic,

Considering your hearing loss due to effusion you have these to do :
-take steam inhalation
-take anti histamine
-or consider myringotomy or a procedure to remove the fluid and improve hearing

In any case wait for a couple of weeks and if it does not improve then get an audiometry and impedance done and get back to me or any ENT with the reports

regards
