Suggest Treatment To Restore Wrist Movements

my scaphoid bone fracture hapenned in dec 2009... since then i've had 2 surgeries- 1 in delhi in which vascularised bone grafting was done but no luck there....next in bombay in wich a screw ws inserted but still it hasnt been joined...... plz giv the remedy wich can restore my wrist movements.....
