Psychologist 's  Response
Hello,

You are YOU. Whatever your behavior today, whatever your body language today are learned from your past experiences and social interactions. Whatever you have learned can be unlearned or over written.

This is a continuous process happening throughout your life. In your present case I need to evaluate your behavior thoroughly before providing an answer. I suggest cognitive behavior therapy for you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr K. V. Anand, Psychologist
