Suggest Treatment To Stop Heavy Menstrual Bleeding

been on norethisterone for 7 days 3 5mg a day for heavy bleedin were blood count went down to 6.8 so scary! even tho im not floodin any more im still bleeding using regular tampons 4-5 times a day is the noretisterone not working thought it would stop it?
