Suggest Treatment To Stop Periods

To stop period I had tried registrone, tricular oral l, dsfalone, ovral, etc tab to stop period but nothing is wrking i ve this prob of irregular prriod & hravy bleading past many yrs. The sonography & other rrports cm normal. Pls suggest smthing to stop bleeding
