Suggest Treatment To Stop Trembling In Arms And Legs

Hi, I have had a prolapsed disk in my back for over four years, I have had an MRI which showed prolapsed disk and that three of my disks have decreased in height. I am 28 years old, but at the moment my arms and legs are trembling so much that I am spilling things and feel as if my legs will give way, is there anything the doctor could give me to ease the trembling?
