Suggest Treatment To Terminate Pregnancy

sorry for asking this but i have no option i had sexual intercourse with my GF a month ago ,at present her periods not yet came , so she examined with a test strip it shows positive. We want to abort the pregnancy since we are unmarried .But we dont want to go for a doctor kindly suggest me some abortion tables..

Understand your concern
Sorry to say you can not use abortion at home by yourself as it cause serious complication and failure of abortion that require special care and treatment by gynecologist. So to prevent complication, you have to use gynecologist prescribed abortion pill after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days by USG scan. It should be used under supervision.
By procedure, mifepristone 600 mg orally after food should be followed by 400 ug misoprostol vginally/buccaly by gynecologist after 48 hour. If require another 400 ug should be given after 4 hour for successful abortion.
USG should be done after 14 days to confirm completeness process of abortion.
If abortion pill fails to abort you can not continue the pregnancy as it cause fetal deformity and should be abort by D & C.
so consult the gynecologist as it is confidential process.
Rest for 48 hours, meftal spas, antibiotic, healthy diet with iron tablets and proper pelvic hygiene should be maINTAINED.
use safe sex practice to avoid unwanted pregnancies in future.
