Suggest Treatment Vaginal Allergic Reaction

I have had an allergic reaction to ky warming massage oil on my vagina. This is not the first time but it is the first in a long time since I know that I am allergic to enhanced lubricants. I believe that contact was made to my vag area after my boyfriend massaged me then proceeded to... touch me. On my 2 inner lips there seems to be these really tiny bumps which were never there before. Last time this happened i just used vagisil anti-itch cream for about a week and then I was fine but this time i am wondering if I should just go to my doctor to get antibiotics?
