Suggest Treatment When Having High TSH Levels And Irregular Periods

Hi Doctor, Allmost 1 and half year ago my wifes TSH was 7.8 in during her 1st trimister. Doc advised her to take Thyronorm 50mcg daily, through out her preg. Unfortunatelly We lost our bany in 8th month for some unknown cause. Had to go for a normal delivery. She still continued Thyronorm 50 mcg. Before 4 months Thyroid was 1.7 so doc asked us to take Thyronorm 50 mcg from Monday to Friday and Thyronorm 50 mcg on Sat, Sunday. Now we check it again and found its 0.05. Doc asked to take Thyronorm 25 mcg daily. Note : Since past fer months she had irregular bleeding. some times for months. We have been planning for a baby again. After taking birth control pills for a month, this month got the cycle on time and taking siphene. Pleas ehelp us. are we on correct medication.
