Suggest Treatments Blood Clot In Brain And Constant High BP

My brother is hospitalized for the last 3 days. he had an attack 3 days before. he has been diagnosed with a clott in the brain. as per the doctors this bleeding is taking place for the last 1 year. his blood pressure is not coming down, it is above 160 everytime. he is on ventilator currently. he is getting very hyper whenever coming to senses. pls suggest something
