Suggest Treatments For Parkinson's Disease

sir, my mother is suffered from parkinson's disease since last year. Trambling is increased from Leg to hands.it is goin to b severe day by day.Can i returned back to my mom in some better condition?what r options ahead?is it nt a curable disease?
Please please suggest me some neuro medicines and surgery.
