Dear Sir I am Gulab Chand 30 years old (DOB 01/01/1981). I got married in 2002 and we could not have baby. I went to doctor. All harmonal tests were done and everything was normal. No sperm found in my test. So you are requested to kindly help me in my case of Nil sperm

As a urologist, I can understand your anxiety. As all hormones (FSH, LH, and PRL) are normal, your azoospermia needs tests. An obstructive azoospermia needs to be ruled out. A testicular biopsy will need to be done and that will establish the cause for the azoospermia.
