Suggest Treatments For Bulky Uterus With Endometric Cyst

I am Abhinanda Roy my age is 22 years 3 months an i am unmarried girl. My left ovary is bulky and shown an approx 19 x 15 mm sized complex cyst showing internal debris level. Normal follicles are seen peripherally. Right ovary is heterogeneous and lying in the POD with para-overian adhesion. IMPRESSION-BULKY LEFT OVARY WITH ENDOMETRIOTIC CYST.
I am afraid and not want to operate kindly suggest.
