Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The treatment of cardiomyopathy is only symptomatic – in a majority of cases.
Rarely, there is a treatable cause
Further deterioration can be prevented or postponed by aggressive management.
If there is further deterioration, heart transplantation may be the answer...
The treating doctor alone can suggest further based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Good luck
